Ultrasound Guided
Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) Procedure

Dr. Carla B. MacLeod performs ultrasound guided FNA biopsies in our comfortable office setting in Gaithersburg, MD. FNA Biopsy is minimally invasive method that provides accurate and useful diagnosis to the referring physician while minimizing the anxiety, pain, risk, and expense for the patient. The biopsy result will allow the physician to efficiently plan appropriate follow up care.

Parking is easy and patient education brochures are available in English and Spanish. We participate with almost all insurance companies, and billing questions or concerns are easily handled by in-office staff or by a billing specialist focused on patient care and satisfaction.
